A example to face the truth is that when you did something wrong like cheated in the test say the truth and then you wont have to face some serious consequences. A example to do the right is like helping your mom cook the food or help her clean the dishes. When you show integrity your taking responsibility and doing the right thing. If you want to live life with integrity you have to say no, face the truth, and do the right thing. No matter what situation your in show integrity no matter what.
