“My basic principle is that you don’t make decisions because they are easy; you don’t make them because they are cheap; you don’t make them because they’re popular; you make them because they’re right”
-Theodore Hesburgh
What the quote means is that you make a decision because it is right not because it is easy but because it is right. You make your decision by knowing if it’s right or wrong it doesn’t matter if it’s easy, cheap, or popular but what matters is that it is right. Making decisions is not easy it can be hard to make one because it can either be bad or good and that decision can follow you anywhere depends what you choose.
