  What the quote means is that to be successful you have to have enthusiam and that will be different to what others do. A example is if you want to get good grades you have to have enthusiasm in oder to accomplish that. A example of not Enthusiasm is when you say your going to study to get good grade on the test later you forget there is no way you will past that test if your being lazy. If you want to do whats right you have to be active and most of all is have enthusiasm. If you want to become a better person you have that enthusiasm and that will make a difference. Instead of being lazy and doing wrong instead have the enthusiasm and what is right, do what you like. A example of being enthusiasm is when you are going to help your parents with the house work you need to have that enthusiasm within you to help otherwise you wouldnt like doing it. If you want to becoem a better person you need to be enthusiasm within you for you could be successful.
