    What this quote means is that you should do whats right and stop doing whats wrong. A example of this is you should start doing homework and stop being lazy. You need courage to do right or else how will you achieve your goasl in life. You should continue doing right and stop doing wrong. A example of this to start and continue is helping people out when they need help. A example of something you should stop doing are drugs because it bad.  If you know whats right you can be rewarded, but you you do wrong there will be negative consequeses. You need the courage to change and do whats right.
