Means if you steel something that's not yours, you will feel proud but later you will feel guilty for what you did and regret it. what this quote also means is that in short do something bad and you will feel bad you wont feel good and not be able to feel right because of what  you did. ''if you do right you feel good but if you do wrong you feel bad'' its impossible to feel great when something you did was bad unless your a person that doesn't care about people and their surroundings. if your an excellent person you will feel right.
