What this means is that being a CTR person is a good choice because if you don’t be a CTR person it can affect you because you made a bad decision and that one decision can affect you bad or good depends what you decide. For example if you tell a lie and then you tell more lies later people won’t believe you because of how many lies you told but if you say the truth people will trust you because you are being a CTR person.
